What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address and whatever you write about the project.

Our website host may keep technical logs, such as the browser you use, the time of the request and an IP address, so the site can run. This website does not use advertising trackers, and it does not embed social-media plugins.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply, to prepare quotations, and to supply goods and services if you go ahead. Where a trading account is involved, information may also be used for account management, credit assessment and debt recovery, as described in our sale terms.

We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

We share personal information only as far as needed to deal with you — for example a carrier delivering goods, or a bank processing a payment — or where the law requires it. Payment details are used for that payment. Do not send card numbers by ordinary email.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it. Email info@versaform.com.au.
